Default Any series 1 L67'* ADD a boost gauge?

For those SCSE/SCSSE guys out there.....I'm looking at vacuum lines and I'm not seeing any appropriate that would read full boost. The main manifold comes off between the TB and inlet, and would only be manifold vacuum. The other downstream taps look like they'll read inlet only?

I'm thinking I might have to tap the LIM directly for the 95.

Where does the line to the MAP sensor come from?

NM, I got it figured out on the 93 at lunch, but my MAP sensor on the 95 is in a different spot, and I can't find it! WTF???? I know where to tap into, and I don't need to know where the MAP sensor is, but it sure as H E L L would be nice to know!

Maybe I didn't get a MAP sensor because I have no boost gauge???????

Here'* a pic of Haro'* engine:

Just to the left in the pic, just to the rear in reality of the "3800" on the SC cover, you see the rectangular MAP sensor. Not there on mine. Both are 95 L67'*. This would indicate that the sole purpose of the MAP sensor on the Series 1 L67'* is for the boost gauge. Can anyone with a 93/94 SC SE or SSE check?

One for the gauge, one for the PCM. Series 1 SSEi'* (with gauge) appear to be the only recipients. If you don't have a boost gauge, my bet is you don't have a MAP sensor (Series 1).

Can we get OldBlueEyes to confirm?

I have the guage on my 93 SSE SC, and am assuming I have the MAP sensor. The 92 PA ultra Super has one as well.

here is the pic from Marty'* thread when he took shots of his and his bro'* car. Your right, no MAP sensor behind the 3800 cover.
