It appears as if your battery is draining. The voltage meter that reads 10-11 volts, is that on the instrument cluster? 10-11 volts is obviously low and does indicate a problem. I don't see a link between a time delay fuse and your problem. Now, a relay (de-energized) could have normally open contacts that are fused closed causing battery drain.

The voltage meter I was referring to is the one in the cluster. Interstate Battery has a retail office nearby; when they checked it was at 12.8V, and the gauge in the cluster was only reading 10-11; that was on Monday. I'll go check it with the multi-meter and see how it looks and report back. EDIT: I'm back...the multi-meter showed 12V and the cluster gauge was at 14 when I started it. That seems to be back to normal. I'd like to drive it to see if it'* going to cut out on me, but my wife has the toddler seat with her and I have the toddler with me.

When my wife came home for lunch, I started the Bonne. It ran fine for about 15 minutes in the garage and the voltage meter in the dash was showing just over 14V. I thought I'd take it around the block, but I only made it down the driveway before everything electrical cut out and it died on me. It did start back up and I pulled it back into the garage. I let it idle for a few minutes and it continued to cut out 3 or 4 more times. (Still hearing a clicking sound from the glove compartment area.)

A clicking over by the glove box would indicate a relay actuating or something else. Please pull the hush panel for the passenger side and when the car starts clicking again..try and determine what is making the clicking. If it'* a relay..we'll need the posiition.. sounds like your car is trying to tell you what the problem is.

Is the computer still located in that general area in a '95? I worked on an '89 that would intermittently die, and that'* what it turned out to be. The difference is that it did not remove all power, just killed the engine. Tapping on it while the engine was running would cause it to die.

I wanted to resolve this with my own two hands since I'd invested so much time into it, but I needed it done and was running out of time and patience so I took it back to the dealer. They found that the park/neutral switch was loose and there was a loose feed wire to the relay center. Ran great yesterday. Thanks for all the input.
