cleaning rugs and carpet
Can I throw my floormats in the washing machine? They need a good rinse to get all the embedded stuff out of them. Also, I have some stains in the back on the carpet, what is the best thing to use?

I forgot the name of it, but comes in a yellow spray can and has a brush attaced to the nozzle, and works really good for getting stains out of seats and carpets. I think its called Tuff Stuff, or something like that. Got several nasty stains out of my car before, that were a few years old, and the carpet remained the same color, it did not fade any.

I pressure wash mine. Either at the car wash or at home. Be COOL with the washer though it can rip a hole.
I get mine out and spray some hot water on them with a little clothes detergent.
Let it sit for about 10 minutes then spray them off. When you spray , do it in lines that overlap. I've had outstanding success with this method. If you have rust marks or
super stains try a little amonia.
Nothing blast the dirt out like a power washer ...

50/50 simple green, a brush, and a little elbow grease. I got 16 years of stains out of my baby, and I was a kid in this car, and there was a lot of **** on the rear carpet. My carpet is in great condition too, especially for it'* age.
