It would probably be a bit costly, but you are already on the right track, you want it to be able to breath as well as possible.
I'd see how much a shop would charge to port match your LIM & Headers to the actual size of the LIM Gaskets.
Maybe drop the thermostat to a 180F, and drop the plugs to 1 heat range colder.
Of course get it dyno'd and have them adjust things like lower the primary, and secondary fan turn on speed by 15F, and have them adjust the MAF tables, and do all they need to do to get it running well, and at the right air to fuel ratio..

Yeah their ported & Machined LIM is not bad from what I have heard.
The heads are going to be the hard part, I'd get the LIM and a new LIM Aluminum Framed Gasket, and let the shop see both, and tell them you want the heads to be ported to the size of the ones on the LIM, they may not need to see them, as I believe the LIM is matched to the gasket size, I am not totally sure though.
If you can get those things done maybe consider a high velocity throttle-body.
You'll need a dyno run and a PCM tune for sure with all of that done though.
All of that should get you around where you want to be, just make sure all looks good on the dyno.

You only need replace the front exhaust manifold. The rear one isn't bad like the front one.
You can go all the way to like 3.3 inch pulley on the SC before you start running KR. Go much shorter than that and you will need to install an intercooler.
Try to find a high flow cat. Get a bigger downpipe.
Then get rid of excessive weight. Loose the dead bodies in the trunk.

It is just too risky to get a pre-binned tune, I mean you could tell them what all you have done, and they can try to write a tune to work for you, but without them putting it on a Dyno, testing it, then flashing the tune to it, and testing again to see how the tune went, you never know if it is tuned to run right or not, and you could end up ruining your motor.

i see the point in it whatever happened to just using a screwdriver lol i asked for it thats why im on here i have no clue about all this computer stuff an im lost thank you guys for helping me out i guess ill wait for my headers to come in get some cooler plugs drop my thermostat to 180 maybe get the lim and talk to someone to o some porting work for me then off to the DYNO or should i wait untill i drop pulley sizes

You could drop pulley size first, but if you do until you get it dyno'd and programmed I'd run it easy, baby it even.
If you get the thermostat dropped to 180F your primary and secondary fans won't come on when they need to, but the motor should be cooler from the more constant coolant flow, so you should be ok there.
Dropping the plugs to one heat range colder should not cause much of an issue, but again if you are doing all these things I'd get the things you need ordered, then add them all at once, then drive it easy to a place to be Dyno'd, just make sure to tell them everything you have done.
With the pulley, I'd not go lower than a 3.6", dropping .10 inch drop should add 1lb of Boost, so a 3.6 would add 2lbs of Boost.
You could go with a 3.4", but I'd not go any lower, that would add 4lb'* of boost, and with the heads/LIM porting I am guessing you will have 35-40 or more WHP, 25 WHP or so without the LIM/Heads ported.
intense makes a good pulley, but you may be able to get a cheaper yet still decent one from ZZP or 3800performance'* site.
Here is a good tool to use to pull the pulley.
You may be able to rent one though, so check into seeing is Autozone or somewhere rents them first, then again you may not be able to rent one from what I am reading on the e-bay description.
" If you ever need to replace the bearings in a snout, install a new snout seal because it leaks, replace a pulley, upgrade a pulley, etc you will need this tool and typical parts stores will not have one."
I have not replaced, or changed a pulley size yet, so maybe somebody else has some feedback on that.

When you change the pulley I'd get a Goodyear Gatorback Supercharger Belt, unless you already have one.

installing the cold air intake today anyone have any suggestions to what i should do with the computer an is it true the intake could ruin the motor without the rest of the exhaust done
