Default Replace Door Speakers?

Is there a previous topic about how to take off the door panel and replace door speakers? I need to know how to do this without cracking or ripping anything.

Basically, pull the light out, above say 45* outside to avoid cracking, remove the bolts behind there (i only have one :? stupid previous owner). Pull the black piece out at the top of the handle, and the bolt behind it. Pull the plastic off the lock bolt, and remove the black trim behind the handle, blah blah blah. Don't forget the screws by the speaker too.
