i talked to the guy today. the manager that actually knows what hes doing ( hes been doing it for 6 years(audio and remote starts) and he said that that guy already been talked to and i will get a full refund. he asked me why i touched the wiring and i told him becuase the screw ups that work in the roadshop didnt even solder wires together and i had to hook up my own trunk release he understood completely.
I am going to do the defrost tommorow probaly but today i was told the main module for the remote wasnt sending out anything to the vats bypass so therefore the car wouldnt turn over. he is giving me a new alarm and is gonna install it himself. But he said the defroster is gonna cost like 15-20$ which is fine but i would rather do it myself. I am just afraid to screw it up again.
