Default Splicing the antenna wire

Can that be done so that it will work well? The end that plugs into the stereo is cut off on my 92.

yes it does but you need the tool and the crimp connector (male end) to make it work. Go to your local shop that does stereo installs and you can get the materials, they do not sell the stuff at radioshack anymore (cuz i just recently put in a 6 changer in my friends car and they didnt have it) I got the crimp connector at best buy install but any install shop should have it.

I had bought them from radioshack a while back but I went there last week and they said they did not carry them anymore and he did know what I was talking about and he said they stopped carrying them because people would only ask for them once or twice a month. You can try but when I went they said they stopped carrying them. (you may be able to order them though)

SWEET! That'* exactly what I'm looking for. I'll swing by there tonight on my way home. I had no idea such a connector existed.
