What is it that your trying to find out?

One Dual 4 Ohm sub will handle 400W RMS & 800W peak. You want the RMS rating.

How many of these subs do you have? That will determine what amp to purchase.

1 Dual 4 ohm sub wired in parallel - 2 Ohm Load - You want a 2 ohm stable amp capable of pushing 400-600 watts.
2 Dual 4 Ohm subs wired in Parallel - 1 ohm load (most amps cant handle this load) or 4 ohm load wired in series. You would want a two channel bridgeable amp with 800 1000 watts of power in Bridged mode.
