Sorry, I'm still trying to get a handle on what you did here. Did you cut off the plastic connector(*) that plugged into the factory stereo? Are those what you're trying to reconnect?

ok the wires repeat here and there. there are 3 yellows, 3 greens, and 2 blues amonst the rest. the wires are cut and the clip itself is no longer attached. the clip still ha=* wires attached.
