the techinfo has a good writeup that I used to put some tweeters in there before. Basically it just takes common tools (screwdrivers, wratchet) and some patience. first time doing it, look to spend an hour (or so) on each door with removing it and installing the speaker. the second time will go much faster.

there are three bolts to remove....two behind the double lights in the door, and one behind the plastic cover above the door grip. Then, you need to be very careful, and pry the little plastics clips that hold the door on, out, and then the door will come off. To get the plastic clips out, work a screwdriver around the edge of the door panel. Oh yeah, there should be two more screws on the bottom of the door tray, that you need to remove. i hope this helps. I have done this many times, tweaking my speakers.

Be careful with your door lights...they will break very easily. You should pop the lens out first, then look for a tab inside that white housing. Take a small blade screwdriver and gently push it out of the way of the door panel and your light will come out. Hopefully with very little damage.
Also, you will need a Torx bit to remove the trim plate where your door handle is. Unless its already broke, then all you would have to do is pop it out.
