Default 2004 Bonneville Heat not blowing

Hi.
I have a 2004 Bonneville. The problem is that sometimes the heat blows out and sometimes it doesn't. I can feel the heat coming out just really low.

Changed fuse #2 under the seat. Also the HVAC and HVAC battery fuses. That didn't help.

Any suggestions?

Thank you.

Welcome to the club. If you could add in your profile the model Bonneville that you have, it will help us help you. Do you have the automatic or manual system for your heating and a/c? Does it appear as if the fan isn't blowing hard enough, or that it is enough, but not enough heat? If you change where the air is directed, does the flow seem better? Where any of the fuses blown, or just swapped out for a test?

Hi.
It'* a model : SE

I think it'* manual because I have to press buttons and turn the ****.

It'* not blowing at all. There is heat.

Couldn't really tell if the fuses were blown or not but put new ones in. Still doesn't work.

No, there is not better flow when the air direction is changed.

Default heat

If its not blowing air at all you need to first check if the blower motor on the firewall is running. Let us know.

I agree. Check to see if the blower motor is running. It'* tucked up under the dash roughly behind the glove compartment.

If you can find where it is, give it a good whack with a screwdriver, or similar and see if it starts up. We've had a few reports of the wiring going bad internally. You could also pull the connection to the motor, and see if you get 12 volts when turned to high.

Argh, it turned on again. The heat was coming out on high fine.
Why does it sometimes work and sometimes doesn't ?
Argh.

Quite possibly an intermittent connection, internally.
