why do newer cars f*** up all the time! I mean I see brand new GM cars roll'n around with one head light out (pontiac is notorious for this!) it'* like why even bother getting a car after made 95? It really upsets me to see new cars on the side of the road, or at the shop. I was head'n to work one day and I saw a 2000 up BONNEVILLE on the side of the road! wtf is that all about! oh well...........

it'* Mista a new car!

I know what you mean...I just saw a 2000+ Ford Super Duty being ramped up on the side of the road. Wonder what that was all about? Either way, warranty should hopefully cover the owner.

I'm in the market to buy a new used truck and have been reading some consumer reports/complaints, and every one of them have their share of complaints. Some not very legitamit though, sounds like more of a dealer problem than mechanical sometimes. Either way, not much out there to push me from one to the other in favor, just going to have to go with what makes me feel comfy, I guess.

Thanks for the good link... Very helpful. I had asked this in my last post... Is there a free way to get access to the TSB'*? I bought a subscription to alldata.com, but I don't want to throw my hard-earned cash away if I can get the same info for free.

Car companies are starting to work Like Microsoft. They are sending out a beta with less quality checks and offering patches but in true car company style they require thousands to complain before they do anything.

The question remains, is it possible to access the TSB'* from GM? I would be interested in looking at TSB #00-08-64-002. I wonder if a dealership might cooperate, or show copy of bulletin to a customer?
