Okay, now the belt squeals whether the A/C is on or not. I am lost, looking under the hood, I know it'* a belt squeal but I have no idea which pulley. If i pulled the belt and checked all of the pulleys... then it would have to be the tensioner itself since i replaced the tensioner pulley.

All of the pulleys seemed to rotate fine... that'* why I am leaning towards the tensioner strength, maybe that huge spring has finally worn itself out.

A good tool to get is a mechanics stethescope. Find it at your local parts store. Its helped me out thousands of time chasing down noises. My top ilder for the supercharger is squeaking on mine, but all my pulleys are sounding rough (not smooth bearing noise) so Im gonna reaplace all and new belts. I would always reaplace a tensioner unit even if only the bearing in the pulley is bad. Saves time and headaches, but not always money. Maybe spray a lil silicone spray on the belt and see if the belt may have gotten glazed for some reason. a metal brush can help rub off the glaze when you put it on the belt for a few seconds while the engine is idling..... Ive seen new belts get glazed over in a week after replacing it and it they start squeekin.
