Hesitation (2002 Bonneville)
Mine is acting very similar to scruggelgreen'*.
It showed up right after a fill-up, which is scarey, but it could be a coincidence.
I've got injector cleaner running through it now, but I haven't driven it much, so the jury'* still out.
I was a tad hesitant to try the injector cleaner, thinking it might loosen some debris in a fuel filter, only to have it clog the injectors. (Any thoughts on that from the experts ???)
There are no error lights on the dash (ses, etc)
Any suggestions while I'm waiting to see if the cleaner helps?
Later, Joe

I just found out that mine was just some bad gasoline. I filled up and put in some of that "STP" fuel injector cleaner and that seemed to help alot.

Over years of experence I've found cheep gas is not worth the savings. Really watch where you go. I've head horror storys about marathon gas and other cheap stations. I've tried mobil, Citgo, and BP. I now only use BP gas. My dad got me on Standard/Amico when I first started driving. This is now BP and still some of the best out there.

I think it'* fixed
I went with my instincts and replaced the plugs. So far, so good. Apparently the gas fill-up was just a coincidence.
Please see my new posting regarding plug types.

Try cleaning the Mass Airflow Sensor (near the air filter) with electronic contact cleaner (you can use a Qtip on the thin delicate wires and the resistors but be very gentle!). All you need a tamper proof torx screwdriver to remove the device from the air intake duct.
