Default Window fix.. Now what? :)

I've managed to fix the sticky window problem I searched for on here. Drivers side window not going down at all. The hit-button-close-door-hard thing worked like a charm. But now it is sticking more often. Ive had to use this fix over the last 3 days. Someone mentioned the seal sticking perhaps. So my question is, how to do you keep it from sticking?

Oh, and its a 96 SSEi, almost 40,000 miles.

If there'* anything sticky on the window like a peeled sticker then you'll have issues.

If your tracks are goopy, you'll have issues.

If your motor is tired it needs to be lubed
