My 87 didn't have it... yet it had power everything and the full gauge package. My car was a freak too, wire wheels (of which i've only seen one other of in florida last week) full gauges, power drivers seat with NO recline<--- horrible idea, manual passanger seat with power recline, and a bunch of other stuff i forgot.
