Is the trans full of fluid? Pinkish red?

Is this a sudden problem?
yeah the fluid seems fine..it'* been doing this for about a month or so..i had the trans serviced last summer(fluid, filter&axle boot)...other than the slow take off when cold it shifts fine and OD always seems to be there when I need it..once it engages it'* fine.

Fresh unused oil? I have never heard of a 4T60-E using up the additive package in one year... Wow... They did use Dex III right?
I'm pretty sure it was dex III..i'll have to dig out the invoice..the fluid is brownish but completely transparent..it stinks but doesn't smell burnt at all..i've never seen anything like it with any of my other cars..since the change i've never added anything to it..and the slow take offs just started after the tune-up..
