Default Heater Problems

I recently changed my battery and once I replaced it with a new battery I lost my heat. Each time I start my car the Electronic Climate Control flashes the temperature for 30 seconds and then it displays the correct temp. It only blows cold air, but somtimes I can get it to blow hot air if I decrease the temp to 60 and leave it there for about 2 minutes and then increase it back to 90. I have seen a few complaints about this and I was wondering if anyone knew how to fix it.
Thanks, James

You need to get your climate control re-calibrated. Unfortunately, the only way to do this is through the dealer.

The blinking temperature means that you have a climate control code stored. Only the dealer can pull it out.

From your symptoms is sounds like problems with the air temperature mix door.
