Default UIM gasket???

So I am trying to track down parts I need to fix my car. One of the things that needs to be delt with is that upper intake manifold is leaking. Is there a gasket here? So far the parts people I have all talked to just sit there scratching their heads saying "well I see a lower intake manifold"
Is there not a gasket for the upper intake manifold? if so, what would I do to get it to stop leaking?
