Default NO POWER, Red hot exhaust mainfolds, NOT CLOGGED EXHAUST

1994 3800 SUPERCHARGED, close to 200,000 miles.

Started to loose power, now can't even drive onto lift, has more power at idle than pushing on gas.

Even at idle, exhaust manifolds start getting hot, and after just a couple of minutes are glowing red hot.

Had muffler shop go to replace the CAT but even with CAT cut-off the exhaust still had problem (also VERY loud!, ha, ha)

NO mods to supercharger or engine, everything is OE.

HELP!
