My recliner is not working.
I have the 12 way power seats and all other switches work except for the driver and passenger reline. Is it a bad swith? When I use it, the seat jst jerk. Now more movement other than a jerk.

If the switch is working correctly, you should hear a relay click coming from under the driver'* seat. That'* where the seat control module lives. Since you describe a slight movement though, I'm leaning more towards the motors. It is rare that both motors would flake out at the same time but the cold may be a factor. Grab a heavy screwdriver and tap the motors under the seat while pressing the switch. In my 90, which requires some presuasion too, it is the rearmost motor. It should be the same for your car as well.

I have the same problem. Some times they work, some times they don't. Mine seem to work better once the car has been running a while and heats up.
