I am being told my car> 1993 ssei with low miles 63,000 need the harmonic balancer replaced
I was and I am hearing this clacking sound which goes away entirely when the rpms are increassed and only exsists when at idle basically or low rpms under 2000 What else should be looked at when this is repaired i am tired of rip off and if I had film of this noise would I be able to place it here from photobucket ?

It'* pretty common on your era of car. The rubber either degrades or finally breaks and causes that noise.
Other things to consider would be checking your belts and tensioners to ensure they didn't take a beating with the HB making noise. Usually they are fine and require no replacement.

Thank you so the problem sound correct to you I trust your opinion Is theer a way to add a video clip to the site or is that for admins only ? And yeah ok I am having trouble getting parts here and I need to be somewhere in a few days so I am putting a used one in.(Harm.Balancer) They have special order one here 6 weeks !! I can't wait that long . Yeah sux!! I have to replace the belt it'* time worn looking and will have it done same time
