opinion on ebay intake

The engines in Chrysler LH platforms sit like that. It allows the tranny be setup in a way that pushes the front wheels out for the 'cab-forward' campaign they were pushing on those cars. My brother had a 94 ES and a current bodied 98 ES and both were that way.

20 bucks..... is it too good to be true? i know its lacking a true k&n filter, but what else is missing

All new model Chryslers have longitudally mounted engines now. It started with the Intrepid in '94 I believe.
Thats why I would never by a Chrysler, because the unrefined transmission design they use, doesn't seem as reliable as the system used by GM in FWD, for over 20 years.
Oh and dont like the name.
Anyways, i think im going to pick up one of those rice pipes from that ebay auction!

i bought that intake
it works fine
i noticed no difference between that and the stock one, but your heat sensor(or whatever that is im not 100% sure) dosent fit into the hole that it comes with so you will end up ruining it without making a slightly larger hole
it is crazy loud on my ssei once it starts to really suck air
not a great product but you get what you pay for
