Default Where is the fuse? (tail lights and dash: 93 SSEi)

Hello,

Unfortunately I've nerver taken the time to learn about automotive electronics... and have way to much stuff on the go to figure every wire in the car out so help would be seriously appriciated.
I have a 1993 SSEi and when changing a tail light that was a mess, I shorted out the tail lights and dash lights. Although I can't seem to find the fuse which protects that circuit, I'm sure that'* the problem.... Does anyone know where the fuse for this circuit is, it doesn't appear to be in either of the two blocks at the top on the passenger side?

Thanks
