Stalling woes
Hi new member here... We have a 92 bonnie SE which does the following:
check engine light comes on, car makes a "ding, ding, ding", then dies. This happens while slowing down or turning. The car starts right back up after this happens. I just replaced the CKP and TPS, so it'* definately not the crank sensor itself. The codes that the car has are: 22-throttle position sensor circuit (signal voltage low) and 65-cruise servo position sensor circuit.
I know there are other people out there whos bonnies have done the same, so if you could share the fix that would be great!
Thanks in advance

I had a very similar problem to yours and the TPS switch fixed it. Check the condition of the wiring that runs to the TPS? Also, you want to check your fuel pressure? That is part 2 of this problem.
You also might want to look into the Camshaft Position Sensor. That was one of the items I had planned on having replaced before the TPS alleviated the stall out.

Question 1.. You called yourself boost while driving an SE...are you supercharged?
Q2... When you changed the tps etc, did you unhook the battery for about a 1/2 hour? If not give that a try. Crank sensors aren't very common around here.

The TPS on the 92 supposedly need to be calibrated
On the 93 Models it was simply set it and forget it, no adjustment needed... 94 and later were the same...
I'd check the TPS setting first... Then we can go from there...
Also what brand is the crank sensor and the TPS sensor?

A fuel pump failure will be more felt at WOT than at idle.
