Default Misfiring

So under hard acceleration mostly second gear up in the high rpms my car misfires. use to be random multiples, now it'* just cylinder 1. (not 5 which is odd bill knows why).
Things I've done:
Plugs
Wires
Test Coils
Clean coils and terminals
Fuel Pump
New vacuum lines
Wire no where close to the O2
New O2 sensor

So I'm at the end of the line and really need a new idea. Thanks guys

Fuel filter and test fuel pressure. Try moving a injector and see if the problem follows that injector.

You can also try moving the plugs, see if the problem follows. Only make one change at a time.

A single misfire should be something unique to that cylinder. Plug, wire, injector. A bad coil generally will be both cylinders. But can cause a problem in just one. Fuel pump, and filter tend to cause random misfires if at all.

yeah just going to have to do this scientifically one variable at a time. I think it may be an injector the car does have 145K on it
