Default Retrofitting air horn to existing air pump

I have a '98 SSEi with the auto-leveling rear shocks and the air tool accessory port in the trunk. What are the specs of the air pump (max psi)? I want to install a train horn on my car without installing an additional compressor. Is this possible?

Won't even come close. It produces 70psi at a VERY low CFM. Air horns require much more flow.

You need massive volumes of air for an air horn, especially a train horn.

Saw that video, eh?

There is a decent looking kit at a hardware store by me that can't be more then $20. Heck I bought my cousin one for his 198x towncar; lol. Haven't hooked it up for him yet but I bet it'* gonna be loud. Actually this is the one I bought from this store

Hmmm...

Good find!

I was about to eBay a kit for $280 which came with a 130psi compressor, tank, and 3 chrome-plated trumpets. 152dB of actual train horn.

I guess 135dB for $15 will suffice.

I could never get away with it. My car is too well known (live and work in two different towns of only 40k, and they are already quite familiar with the growl and whine).

I'd be a marked man with train horns.

Just beware. If you **** off the wrong person, you're inviting retaliation. Usually expressed in vandalism.

What video, dangit????

I mounted a set of the JC Whitney "cheap but loud" air horns in my Bug I drove in and just after High School. All that noise coming out of that little car used to get peoples attention...
