well..
first thing Ill do is clean and grease all the connectors and the computer side of the connectors that are under the dash behind the glove box, if that doesnt work, ill move under the hood and clean up some connections there... Then i quess ill give up and give it to the dealership.

Toronado dash problem
The problem with the Trofeo dash is that there is a capacitor that is in the dash cluster that goes bad. When the capacitor fails, it blows it'* guts out the bottom and onto the PC board it is mounted on. This causes a short across the cap and the dash does not power up. The problem is worse when it is humid then when it is dry because the moisture conducts electriciy.
I sent my cluster to Mr Whizard. They fixed it for a fair price. The link is below.
