Mmmm I think I remember seeing speed on the 95 I had when I revved.

Now...you've said more that gave me ideas... now you are saying there was a jarring feeling to go with the slight pop of the exhaust.

The jarring could be a bad motor mount.

Or trans mount.

As I was reading this thread, it seemed to lead toward a broken mount. I'd check that.

Thanks for the reminder Lash.

Actually on our cars..there'* really only one motor mount and that'* the torque axis mount. All the others are trans mounts.

It'* in no way the exhaust system. Without a doubt something inside the tranny is catching. I just thought someone may have had this problem before.

The engine will torque back and fourth when you rev the motor - maybe that is waht your feeling. And I get the exact same noise when I rev my 97'
