Front right tire nosie
its like a squealing noise when I'm driving and when the steering wheel is turned to the left a smidget it gets a little louder. I can't here the noise when the steering wheel is turned to the right or if the steering wheel is acuratlly straight. The sound is like squeal, squeal squeal, squeal, and speeds up as the car speeds up. My guess is the wheel bearing or something but is there anything else that could create this problem?

I'm no big pro at these diagnostic things, but a good thing to check in my point of view is your brake pads, some have built in wear-indicators that squeak as you drive especially while turning from what i've seen to tell you time to change the brakes

Yes brake pads and rotors is a good place to start. You can see the wheel sensor right through the alloy wheels. Look the see if its touching the rotor. Its a small piece of bent metal that comes off the brake pad.
