Default Anyone with a 95 FSM Help Me Out.

Came home from partyiong with BonneMeMn this weekend and on the way home the PCM threw out a QDM 1 Failure at me. P 1640 is the code number.

Any help would be great!

Nate clear the code and pray it doesn't come back. That'* one of the ugly codes. You keep throwing that and you'll need to go back to Andrews post about where the Quad module is located for all the codes and possibilities.

1640 is Boost Solonoid, Evap Purge Valve and TCC Apply Solenoid.

Looks like they tie to cruise control fuse and 10 amp cooling fan fuse.

Didn't you fool around with the cooling fan override mod? If so, check your connections.

Not yet. Odd thing Jason, My fans were working great when I got home, and have been working just fine since then??

I've been throing it consistantly though.

Sounds good. Manual doesn't have any more info on the code. Just pointing to the couple of solenoids I mentioned. Let me know if you need anything else from the books. They are ready.

Funny thing is that even though the car has been crappin that code out....I haven't seen it since sunday. But everything works as it should......I could understand that the BCS maybe suspect. But I don't notice any different performance or driveablility of the car?
