It'* gotta be PCV related.
Rob, can you take the PCV cap off, take a picture inside, remove the PCV, take another picture?

The PCV seems to be installed correctly...but I'm seeing moisture all over. It has to be coming from somewhere.
No, as long as any and all holes are AFTER the O2 sensor, it shouldn't trip a light.

Shake the valve itself. Does it rattle? Yes? Then its good.
If it was me, I would actually taste those water droplets to see if it tasted sweet. But that'* me.
Moisture can either be from condensation buildup after a hot/cold condition(normal during this time of year) or you have coolant going into the crankcase.
How is the coolant level anyway?
For the time being, just monitor your coolant level. Both the reservoir and radiator.

That spring needs to be installed. Its what keeps the valve seated in its normal position.
If the valve doesn't rattle easily when you shake it, either squirt some carb cleaner inside of it or buy a new one. There is nothing inside just that one little piece. No springs, doodads, doohickys or whatever.
How about the exhaust? Smell the exhaust when the car is first cold and then after its warmed up. It shouldn't smell sweet either.
