Bumpy vibrating ride
For the past couple days when I'm dragging along at about 30-40 mph, the car is very bumpy, seems to be coming from the front left wheel. It'* subtle to moderate and things in the interior start to rattle. If I am going normal highway speeds it seems fine. Something is definitely wrong, this is new. Any ideas?
My ball joints are new, my driver'* side axle is only a few months old.

I'd check the condition of your tire. Balancing problems generally don't show themselves until higher speeds than that. Do you hear any strange road noises (thumping, whine, etc) when you're at highway speeds? Try moving the tire to another part of the car and see if the noise/vibration follows it.

This vibrating at low speeds is very intermittent. I didn't experience it at ALL today. It comes and goes... :?
I know my struts need to be replaced. I'm not sure how bad the front ones are, but actually the past couple days I can hear them squeaking while driving. It'* subtle, but I'm sure it'* the struts. The rear struts are damn near shot IMO, I hear snapping noises when I hit the right kind of bumps.
The tires, well, I've been pretty sure they have been unbalanced since I got them (I swapped rims/tires with another member). I noticed since then, that I would get a bumpy ride at highway speeds, and I was sure it was the wheels/tires.
But like you said, balancing problems really don't show up until driving faster. Which is why I was concerned while at 30-40mph it was bad, but 65 it was fine. I've definitely gotten what I've figured to be tire noise for as long as I can remember. They are not great tires at all.

Yeah, it certainly isn't going to hurt anything to try the balancing, especially if you are going to stay with those tires. If you are planning on replacing them soon, then have the balancing done then. With all the known issues with the car, any of them could cause the problem.
Try rotating them also. It won't solve the problem but may make it less noticeable.
