My scanner has well over a dozen different connectors for various applications. I have never scanned that particular year for an ABS light so I cant say for sure if the Solas would be capable, but it may

Like to bring this back up...

My neighbor used his Snap On scanner and found it had an ABS code 41...he said the ABS unit needs to be replaced...that sound right? Thanks guys

What'* the ABS unit? The EBCM or the PMV?

Ok, that'* bogus. The PMV should report specific codes for valves and other such things.

The PMV itself cannot throw a code. Can you tell us the specific code description? I've been there, done that. I'd hate to see you drop the cash for a PMV and not have it fix your problem.

ABS reports component level failures, not 'box' level.

It was my fault that I didn't write it down...if I remember right the main valve relay is shot

I have the same problem with my car, just never got around to looking into it. So what exactly do I have to do to find out what'* broke?
