Sounds a lot more like a Crank sensor failure or ICM failure...
Start checking and cleaning all of the connections and grounds to both the ICM and Crank sensor..
As well if you have not done so check and clean the battery cables

ok my secondaries are all around 6.7 and my primaries are 1.4, 1.6 and 1.8 it say the primaries should b around 0.5-0.8 thats a big diff could that b a typo or r they bad?

oh one more thing i know the area of wher the crank sensor is but i dont know exact location and its dark so a picture or a good explanation please somebody ne body. and how much does a crank sensor run for and how hard is it to change?

ok ive been reading about all these problems that are similar to mine and i see crank sensor and icm. where is the icm i know i can test that easier than the crank sensor

There isn't a good test for the ICM. Even if you did have it tested..that'* not conclusive from what has been found by members.
The crank sensor is down behind the harmonic balancer aka bottom center pulley on the engine.
There is another possibility.. PCM. 94 and 95 are the flukey years and prone to many odd behaviors. But until Jr'* says he thinks it'* a pcm..don't worry.

I think it needs to see a Scantool to get more info extracted from it..

ok i have a problem. i hooked up the scan tool and it keeps sayin i ve operation errors. it displays some stuff for a second but then it messes up someone please shoot my or come steal my car so i can get the insurance money. jus kiddin i love the car but im startin to hate it. my check engine light does not work either. can any one help me pleaseeeeee
