Default Sluggish when warm

Hi all,

I've got a '93 SE that runs just fine... until the engine warms up. Then it starts lacking power when going over 30 mph or uphill. It seems like it'* not getting gas, it kinda shudders... hard to describe. I've done some searching of old posts and it seems like it might be the fuel pump, does that sound likely? The fuel filter is new.

Thanks in advance for any help and sorry if I haven't described the problem terribly well!

167K+. I've only driven it 25K of those, before that it belonged to my uncle who passed away. No idea what type of maintenance, etc. he did on it, but I suspect not much.

Do you have any way to check fuel pressure?

Bill- I dunno about checking the pressure, I'll have to ask my friend who does the actual work. He'* not too good at using the internet, like I'm not too good at fixing cars. What would that tell me?

Vital49- This might be a stupid question- but why would a clogged cat screw up only when warm?

Thanks!
