A wintry day at college with the SLO

I woke up pretty early expecting the slushy drive to take long. The Alero has lost interest in mechanics, so we're letting it sit by. Back out into the snow the SLO goes!
Attachment 19513 Attachment 19514 Attachment 19515 I got to the campus and saw that no parking was available. I parked about a mile away from where I needed to go, and then I walked significantly more than the distance indicated by these two pictures: Attachment 19516 Attachment 19517 At the end of the day, I drove to the very top of a parking garage and took a picture of the SLO with some tall Indianapolis buildings in the background. Awesome pics Rad, sorry about the walk. Makes me feel less bad about having to park in "executive" parking which is across the street.

Great pictures. I'd take pictures here, but I think the camera will freeze.

Thank you very much! The slushy walk was really weird because there wasn't much traction. Otherwise, it's not too bad. In a situation like that, just keep walking to keep warm and keep thinking about your Bonneville to want to walk all the way back. :D

ID be afraid to slide off the Roof lol

I had about 4 feet behind the Bonneville, and there was a 2-foot high cement wall right before the dropoff. My main concern was actually how I was willing to walk back that whole distance, jump into my cold car with leather seats, and then drive to the open top floor to stand outside in the wind to take the picture. It was probably not the greatest idea ever, but the resulting picture is awesome!
