Yeah, install'* not quite done, my dash looks ghetto, just have to splice into a power source so my lighter socket is free, and find a good mounting spot.

It'* amazing thus far. I really love it, finally Techno all the time!

But the unit itself is great, much nicer than the RoadyXT or the Audiovox units.

Is yours FM modulated, FM hardwired (using the kit), or through the Casette deck?

Mines the hardwired unit that plugs inline with the antenna, gets great sound quality.

I'm using the cassette right now. I find i get some static if i use the fm stations.
Is yours hardwired right into your deck? I didn't want to replace my deck so i think my only options are the fm or cassette.. :( Still sounds great, no buzzing from the cassette at all.

What I bought Debbie (it was Debbie right?) was the Delphi FM Direct Adaptor from Future Shop for $29.99. It wires inline from your radio antenna. It has a little box that the XM antenna and the lead from the FM antenna plug into, and then a line that goes back into the deck. So, it still plays over an FM station, however it gets rid of the static and transmission issues since it is a line as opposed to some shoddy transmission that can be overided by some other FM station. I'd say mine is damn near CD quality, only times you can tell the difference between CD and XM is when it is just talking for some reason (probably because a lack of other loud distracting noises.)

Plus, it also comes with an adaptor to wire right into a 12v source, so you can save your cig lighter for other things (aka cellphone for me). Not sure how many power points there are in a 2000, but the older ones only have one up front and one in back so I needed it :P

EDIT: And yes, Tiesto is god, sooo good. He could have my children if only such a thing were possible.

EDIT 2: Here'* a link to what I used:[/img]http://www.futureshop.ca/catalog/pro...0066934&catid=

Do y'alls antenea'* quit working when they get wet? My uncles antenae keeps quitting. His old one did it, so we replaced it, and now the new one does it. Every time it rains or we clean the car.

BTW, looks good. Wish I could get XM.
