Scary night
Well last night on the way home with friends to drop them off at home safely, something happened, something that will change my life completely. We were driving and a dog jumped out infront of me and I swereved to miss the dog, and I slam into a crub, the rear of the car jumped the crub and slid in tall wet grass, we came 6 inches from hitting a light post, the car slid a good ways and the driverside back tire caught some dirt and riped the wheel and drum right off the car. When we came to a stop, I was in oncoming traffic , I was able to get a couple of people to help me move the car off the street and the other guy that was with us driving got everyone home ok. this is the damage:
It could have been much worce. Im just glad god was looking over us last night and made it to where everyone lived to see another day.

Good news, got some hook ups with parts and everything and it looks like she should be back on the road soon, around 400 bucks is going to do it hopefully thats all. I dont rember how fast i was going, I mean that night had so much happen that i dont rember. My only problem is trying to find a matching wheel now because I found the old wheel and there is no saving it, ill take pictures of it.

I have always heard you should never swerve to avoid an animal, less chance of damage. That being said, I respect that you spared the dog. Hope you get the car on the road soon.
