looked to me about 12 seconds
but something is surely not right
i think my car was that fast when i only had 2 psi of boost maybe even a little faster
hopefully its something small, like not being WOT

I think a new cat is all you need. Mine did the same thing when it was toast, it would get to ~3k and have nothing left.
