a few new improvements
To sum up the pics, i finished painting the front calipers. I had painted the rear drums, but didnt have enough time for the front. Because I was worried about paint dripping and running, i decided to remove the calipers and rotors to paint. Everything went fine with the painting, it just took me a while to bleed the brakes. While i was painting, I tested mini eyebrows on the head lights. I like the look, and might go a bit lower. Also, the random pic of the exhuast tip is for a before/after comparison. I am going to either:
1. sand it down to remove the rust (its a cheap one from autozone, not real chrome $8 )
2. sand it and paint it black (high heat paint of course)
Besides that, i polished my front wheels which catch a lot of brake dust due to cheap pads from autozone (which are doing pretty good for 23,000 miles). More pics will be coming soon, as i continue to fix problems. oh and i am also going to sand down my engine cover and egr cover. i tried painting it, but i screwed it up. I am going to try again and go slower next time.

I was going to say, Those pads dont look to bad why are you changing them.
then I read about it
the Black behind your rims must look so much better
and I didnt even notice the brows, must be the lighting though.
Keep up the good work.
taking a break from the camaro?

like the rims
I really like those rims and I am sure the paint on the breaks makes them look even better on the car. I think I kinda like the eye-brows the way they are too, subtel but just enough to make a differance. as for the exhaust tips, if you just clean them up wont they get surface rust again? I usealy like crome tips but if the black is less maint to keep them looking good, that is the way I would go.

you really shouldnt have painted the contact areas on the calipers and caliper brackets.. it likely wont be a problem, but they are supposed to be lubed, and paint is cleser to glue than grease.....
but either wa it looks
but either wa it looks
