Guess what I picked up yesterday?
..... no, not a hooker.
A used 3.4" Pulley Boys Supercharger pulley for $35.00, a guy here at work had it on his GTP and took it off before he traded in his car. It looks in great shape, only has about 20K on it, no marks or scratches and it rolls perfectly even.
He let me borrow the puller for it so I am hoping this Sunday I can swap pulley'*. I have a copy of the instructions that came with the puller so even I can't mess it up.

The GTP it came from was still on the factory tensioner.

Paul, you're going to have some problems if you put a 3.4" on a Stock SSEi. You need to do some work first, or you'll end up with some serious power loss due to KR.

I was planning on putting the pully on this weekend but I can hold off if I am not even close to overcoming this issue.

colder plugs is a must too , exhaust is not necessary but eliminate any chance of KR
with the 3.4, at least from what i heard in those forum, for 3.4 you need:
-CAI (yours is done)
-colder plug
-160-180 thermostat
thats it, correct me guys if im missing something
for a pulley smaller than 3.4 youll need an exhaust too
