Some New Mods and Pics

I did some work on the bonneville recently and I figured that I'd share it with you guys. I bought the car for $350, as it says in my sig, and I'm aiming for mid-high 14s at the 1/4 mile track and also to keep the car very comfortable to drive on the street (isn't that what the bonnies are for anyway, luxury?). I have some port-work to do this weekend, and it'll be at the track in a couple of weeks.

Here's my custom exhaust that I fabbed and welded up myself. I removed something (bad kitty), and installed a cut-out so that I have have the car insanley loud when I want it, and nice and quiet on the street.

Custom 3" Intake (Total cost was around $40):

A shot of the 2.2" pulley and 3.5" tensioner I bought at NAPA today:

The 2.2" pulley raised my boost around 4psi. or so to 10.5-11psi on the crappy factory gauge. So far I'm pulling 0KR on my scanner. I peaked a 1deg. or KR on one pull, but overall I don't have really anything that would cause concern. I'm thinking that maybe I should have stepped down to a 2.1", but I'll probably wait until I do some port work and maybe a cam too

I bought a 3" mandrel U-bend from summit, cut it down to size, and the filter came from ebay. It's a K&N imitation, but it works.
