Yeppers, you are still able to wear running shoes with that little dusting........The running shoes were put away a long time ago here

I don't remember. The last REALLY big snow we had was in 1973. Snowed for 2 days and had drifts of 3 ft

My dad lives near Charolette NC. One year it snowed and the boss left this message on the call in machine.

Something like this.

" most of you guys are from the north and have moved here so you know that 2 inches isn't enough to close everything down... I expect you all at work today."

He got in trouble for that... but was funny cause my mom was telling me there was a run on the grocery store and they closed schools and business for like 2 inches of snow. When I get a foot nobody even thinks of closing anything.
