My goal is to be able to launch easier. These cars are notorious for squatting on a launch and killing traction. I want to be able run this thing off of a stoplight much easier.

Good luck with that. The springs might help a little, but there is very little that will help us much with our launching, esepecially on the street. I run rubber spring blocks in my rear springs all the time and even in my GT I struggle to get traction. In a GTP, especially with mods, I just can't see someone being able to get traction off a stoplight without having some really sticky tires.

Car looks very nice with the drop, definately looks a lot better. I'm gonna wait to see how you feel about the handling and ride before picking up a set of my own though.

Well, every little bit is going to help. I'm sure they will get rid of some of the squat, so it helps.

looks good... how come the camber looks so much different?

Sol 05-15-2006 05:30 PM

Like I said, different camera angles, different lenses.

About the calipers ... I'm way ahead of you all. 8) That's the next thing I plan on doing.

Car looks better lowered Sol. But can ya drag your front deflecter on the ground?j/k. After I slammed mine I found that raising the rear up really helps traction alot, but... it kills stability in driving. With the rear all the way up I cant spin tires but I can drift it with no effort. Cant seem to get the best of both worlds at same time.
