So now that that nighmare of a code is dead and gone, wanted to show you guys the new and improved version of my engine.

new vac lines, coils, wires and plugs

new black powdercoated valve covers, the back cover is a real pain to get to, but the original cover and gasket were leaking so i had no choice.

oh yeah and right after i swapped the supercharger gasket which fixed the P0171, my ABS control module failed. FYI these are not cheap.LOL

SO this is just a little update. Still got to do headers, performance tune and then smaller pully. hopefully next year will get the GXP suspension upgrades and then bigger wheels, and hopefully the mod bug will finally be satisfied. I doubt that tho. LOL

Looks nice.

A couple of comments though.
MSD coils are known to break down after about a year. At that point they provide less power than stock. This has been found to cause high rpm misfires. If you have troubles, start with your coils.

I noticed your wires and they don't look like ZZP wires, because they dont' have the writing. However.. if they are and you have misfires, change them first. ZZP wires have a higher failure rate than I've ever seen in any $5 economy wire. Not sure why..but they fail in a month or less in many cases.

Thanks Dan, thanks Bill. point noted on the coils, the wires are actually the PRJ wires. I had heard the horror stories about the ZZp wires.

who you tellin took me a month and a half and more money than i wanted to spend to fix mine. but on the bright side i shouldnt have to worry about any sensor failures or vac leaks for a long time.
