Looks awesome. I applaude your choice of black and chrome (although people might say I'm biased-my first car was black and with chromies).

ooo black! I love it. 8)

looking sharp...Eco wheels are awesome. Black on chrome is the best IMO, Green on chrome is 2nd ;) Keep it sharp man

jasonapr78, I am totally in love with your car! The more pics I see the more I want a black SSEi....I've been trying to find a 2003 SSEi in black to buy for months and having no luck. :banghead: They seem to be pretty rare on the used market.

Not that I don't love mine, but there's nothing like a black bonnie with tinted windows and really nice chromes.

Well done! 8)

That car is bad a$$. Nice rims. 8)

Appreciate the love!

Not sure how to copy specific people's messages to reference on here yet but thanks for the posts!

I actually love blue but I didn't like the blue on the bonny that they had in 01 (really dark navy blue). I really loved the Gulf Blue Metallic that they had a short run on the GPs back in 2000 I think it was. Black was my second choice and when it's clean and with chrome...mmmm yeah it's sexy! I religiously keep my car clean and it's looks like I drust drove it off the show room floor when I'm done cleaning and waxing it but I think it's gonna be much harder keeping it that way here in Boston as opposed to Los Angeles where I was before :(

Toasted....yeah that's cool I'd love to get together with you all and meet you and get some help with the clear corners and such. I'm actually in talks with Intense and ZZP right now trying to determine the best solution for achieving 400 CHP.

Sorry for the length...but another question. Does anyone know a really good DVD/Navigation system I could get? I was gonna get the Pioneer AVIC N2 but I hear that you can't trick the the thing to watch movies for your passengers when the car is running and you have to stop and apply the parking break just to put in a new address on the navigation thing and that is just stupid! Are our cars capable of a double din system? It needs 4in I think and I'm not sure.

Thanks!
Jason

Custom88 10-28-2005 10:25 AM

yes, double din should fit. the stock cd player is 4" tall and the same width as double din units. The only issue is depth. The stock cd player isn't as deep as most Double DIN headunits.

The only thing I don't like about your car is.....

NOTHING! she's sure a beauty.

the parking brake lock is for safety purposes, any professional installer will tell you that it has to be wired that way for liability reasons, it is illegal to install them without putting the lock for the parking brake in.
