new lighting update (more pics)
had a stock blazer h3 bulb "burn out" on me the other day. went to checker and found Silverstar H3s. picked those up along with some silverstar parking lights that look blue/purple when off, and amber when light (street legal).
got home to replace the bulbs. ended up that the bulb wasn't burnt out, the ground just came off and then striped the screw that holds the bulb in the fog light. pulled out the flathead and hammer and tried pounding that in. yep broke the whole plate that the bulb sat on. O well, the blazers were pretty sandblasted/rockchipped already (100+ miles freeway everyday)
went to walmart and bought the navigator cyber white driving lights. put the silverstars in there(that was a pain too)
and now i'm good to go $110 later!
Chalk another one up for the silverstar crew

Very pretty ..why don't you get those silverstar outer turnsingal bulbs also, instead of the amber? i've seen them. It kinda brings a uniformity to all of the lighting.

For those that dont have the $$$ for the expensive parking/turn signal bulbs.
I tested something I found online once, and it worked great. A light mist of Silver or Chrome (I did one of each and couldn't tell the difference) on an amber bulb works very nice. Silver during the day, amber when lit! I'll get some pics...
