Ok so I ran the seafoam last night like I said I would...Here is a video of my car in its current state...you all can see the back end all done, the handles pretty much done, and one thing I need you guys to check out is watch the video of all my smoke and look at how RED and HOT my PLogs are....they're glowing and the video doesnt do it any justice what so ever lol but anyway I figured out that I DO have an exhaust leak in the rear manifold....Peep game

That'* scary... how long you revved it. You really just need to keep it running for a few minutes idle, maybe a few punches up to 3 k and down. Then just take it for a drive and you'll be good.
My bonne has never smoked, at all. A small poof like a circle you could blow from a cigarette, and that'* it after a half can and sitting for 10 minutes.
I think the 01' jeep I did yesterday has your bonne beat though lol.

Any engine is going to glow red after being revved that high for so long! It'* because of the lack of airflow going around the engine and the high RPM'*. It'* normal AFAIK. That is so bad for the engine though!
