Well, it WAS my car
Well, a while ago I picked up a stock 98 Grand Prix GT with 68k, pretty much a base model for $400. I gave it to my parents to repay a debt incurred getting my bonneville road worthy. It then became my brother'* car since he loves the looks of the GP'*. He has since been slightly modifying it and fixing it up.
While at Carlisle on friday, we found something we couldn't really pass up:
They are the leather seats from a 2000 Daytona Edition, of which they only made 2000 of that year. Since I believe all of them were silver, and his car is silver, we decided to stary working on making it a clone. He also gained Heated driver'* seat with lumbar from the purchase. The seats weren't bad in price seeing as we talked the guy down from $450 for the set. Today we got some of the interior panels that are supposed to be silver colored off a wrecked 97 GTP in the yard here and he is going to color match them and when I get to rochester I am getting him the door panels with the leather inserts. Aside from the badges, this should complete the interior. Just need hood, roof rails and spoiler to complete the outside.
Here is a picture of them after being installed.
What do you all think?

Car looks like a 2 door GP GT
The seats were not hard to swap at all. THe connectors were there and it was an easy swap. Took about an hour and a half to clean the seats up as they were dirty. They look very nice in the car.
This is what they look like and his inspiration
